2. Scope of Services
- Primvs Braga offers pre-planned experiences and sightseeing tours, as well as customized services designed according to customer requests.
- These services are sold through the Primvs Braga website and authorized digital platforms.
- The key details of each experience—including duration, itinerary, meeting or pickup point, inclusions, exclusions, and price—are listed on the respective booking page.
3. Booking and Contract Formation
- A booking is considered valid only after:
- Submission of a booking request or selection of a predefined experience.
- Confirmation of availability by Primvs Braga.
- Full payment of the service.
- Issuance of a booking confirmation email.
- Upon confirmation, a service agreement between Primvs Braga and the client is considered concluded.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the booking details provided are accurate.
4. Prices
- All prices are listed in Euros (€).
- Prices may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Primvs Braga reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect reservations that have already been confirmed.
- Additional costs not explicitly included in the experience description (such as meals, transport tickets, or entrance fees where applicable) remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.
5. Payment Methods
- Payments may be made through:
- Bank card payments via the secure online payment system available on the website
- Bank transfer
- Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Reservations will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Tailor-Made Services
- For customized services designed specifically according to client requests:
- 50% refund of the total amount for cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled experience.
- Non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before the experience.
- Due to the personalized nature of these services, preparation and operational costs may occur well in advance.
6.2 Standard Tours and Experiences
- For predefined tours and experiences:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- 100% refund of the total amount for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the experience.
6.3 Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy
- The experiences offered by Primvs Braga are, as a general rule, services related to leisure activities booked for a specific date or period.
- Under the terms of the legislation applicable to distance contracts, the general 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to these services when a specific date or period has been set for their performance.
- Notwithstanding this legal exclusion, Primvs Braga grants customers the cancellation and refund conditions set forth in this Cancellation Policy.
- The conditions applicable to each reservation are those presented to the customer prior to the completion of the reservation and confirmed in the respective reservation confirmation.
7. No-Show Policy
- Clients who fail to appear at the scheduled meeting point at the designated time without prior notice will be considered no-shows.
- Waiting time to be considered a no-show: 30 minutes.
- No refunds will be granted in such cases.
8. Changes and Cancellations by Primvs Braga
- Primvs Braga reserves the right to:

- Modify meeting locations if required.
- Substitute elements of the experience with equivalent alternatives.
- Cancel or postpone activities due to safety reasons, operational constraints, or force majeure.
- Force majeure events may include but are not limited to:
- extreme weather conditions
- strikes
- public authority restrictions
- natural disasters
- unforeseen safety concerns
- In such cases, clients may choose between:
- Rescheduling the activity
- Receiving a credit for future bookings
- Receiving a full refund
9. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for:
- Arriving at the meeting point on time
- Providing accurate booking information
- Following instructions given by guides or staff
- Respecting safety regulations and local laws
- Behaving respectfully toward guides, other participants, and local communities
- Primvs Braga reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.
10. Health and Safety
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of participating in the booked experience.
- Clients must inform Primvs Braga in advance of any relevant health conditions that may affect their participation.
- Primvs Braga cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from:
- failure to follow safety instructions
- negligence or inappropriate behavior by participants
11. Insurance
- Primvs Braga complies with all legal obligations applicable to tourism entertainment companies registered with Turismo de Portugal.
- The company maintains mandatory insurance coverage including civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance where applicable,
as required by Portuguese law.
12. Intellectual Property
- All materials published on the Primvs Braga website, including:
- texts
- images
- graphics
- itineraries
- logos
- branding elements
- are protected by intellectual property laws.
- These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
13. Photographs, Videos, and Image Rights
- During certain experiences, photographs or videos may be taken.
- The use of images in which a customer is identifiable for promotional, advertising, or communication purposes by Primvs Braga will be subject to the customer’s prior authorization whenever such authorization constitutes the applicable legal basis for the processing.
- Refusal to grant authorization for the promotional use of images does not preclude participation in the experience.
- When processing is based on consent, such consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
14. Protection of Personal Data
- Personal data collected by Primvs Braga is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable legislation.
- The data processing necessary for the management and fulfillment of a reservation is based, in particular, on the performance of the contract entered into with the customer and on compliance with applicable legal obligations.
- Primvs Braga may use technology service providers necessary for managing reservations, payments, communications, and the operation of the website.

- The consumer may obtain additional information and submit a request directly through the CIAB website.
- Recourse to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms does not affect the consumer’s rights under applicable law.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
- In the event of a dispute, the legal rules regarding the territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction of the courts and alternative dispute resolution entities for consumer disputes shall apply, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to the consumer under Portuguese or European Union law.
